Change model view direction
You can use the View Orientation command to apply a different view orientation to the model. You also can use the command to save or retrieve a view based on a name you define.

On the status bar, click the View Orientation button

On the View Orientation palette, click View Manager.

In the Named Views dialog box, click a blank row to activate it, and then type a name and description for the new view in the boxes provided.

Select the same row, and then click Apply to save the view.

Click Close to return to the graphics window.

Another way to change the view direction is to click faces and corners on the Quick View Cube control in the graphics window.

You also can change to a sketch plane view by selecting the Sketch View command
on the status bar.
