Sketch View command
Use the Sketch View command 
to orient the active view normal to the locked plane in the synchronous environment or the active sketch plane in the ordered environment.
The command also uses selected elements and orients the view based on the following:

If a single element is selected, the orientation will adjust to the plane that contains the selected element.

If multiple elements are selected, the orientation will adjust to the plane closest to the view.

If the select set is empty, the command will orient the view to the nearest base plane.

This command is also available as the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+H.

For the ordered environment, the command is useful if the Orient the Window to the Selected Plane option on the General page on the QY CAD Options dialog box is cleared.
