Change to web help

Use this procedure to change to web help displayed from the UDS Digital Industries Software Doc Center, rather than help installed on your local intranet.

Choose the Application menu→Settings tab→Options command.

In the QY CAD Options dialog box, click the Helpers tab.

In the Help System section, clear the check box, Access help from my server (requires you to set up a help server).

Click Apply.

You do not have to exit the program for the change to take effect.

The next time you access help in any manner (for example, by pressing F1, clicking a link, or clicking a Help button in a dialog box), user help is displayed from the public QY CAD 2022 Help and Training website.

Tip:

When web help does not open, QY CAD displays a message similar to the following:

QY CAD could not navigate to web-served help. An option on the Helpers tab of the QY CAD Options dialog box lets you control where QY CAD looks for the help server.
