Change to local help


    If the QY CAD help system is installed on a local help server, then you can display help in a browser window from your intranet. For more information, see Using a local help server.

  1. Choose the Application menu→Settings tab→Options command.

  2. In the QY CAD Options dialog box, click the Helpers tab.

  3. In the Help System section, select the check box, Access help from my server (requires you to set up a help server).

  4. In the Help location text box, enter the URL of the local host computer where the help files are installed.

    Example:

    Use this format to define the location:

    http://www.mycompany.com/tdoc/se/222/se_help/#uid:index

  5. Click Apply.

    You do not have to exit the program for the change to take effect.
