3D Circle by Center command

Use the 3D Circle by Center command to draw a circle in the 3D sketching environment. You can enter a diameter or radius value in the command bar or in the dynamic edit boxes. When you enter a value in the command bar, a click places a circle at that point. All subsequent clicks place the same size circle. Right-click to enter a new value in the command bar or to dynamically define a circle.
