Resolve inter-part links
When you copy a document that contains inter-part links, you have the opportunity to resolve the inter-part links. For information on how these links are created and managed in QY CAD, see Inter-Part associativity.
The action you select in this dialog box can affect any documents open in the current session that are driving or driven by an inter-part link to the selected document. For example, if the selected document is a part that is driven by an inter-part link to another part in the same assembly, then the action you choose can affect both of the parts as well as the parent assembly.
-
At the top of the dialog box, note that the system displays the name of the selected document containing inter-part links.
