Quick View Cube Settings dialog box


Sets how the Quick View Cube displays.

Show Quick View Cube in window

Displays the Quick View Cube.

Note:

If you close the Quick View Cube and want to retrieve it, use the Home tab→Orient group→Quick View Cube Settings command .

Position

Defines the location of the Quick View Cube in the application window.

Color

Defines the color applied to the corners of the cube.

Note:

To set the size of the Quick View Cube, use the Steering Wheel, OrientXpres, and View Cube size list on the Helpers tab in the QY CAD Options dialog box. The cube size can range from Small to Extra large, as shown below. The default size is Medium.

Reduce opacity when not in focus

Controls the visibility of the cube and its surrounding commands.

When the check box is cleared, the cube and the surrounding commands are displayed fully. When the check box is selected, you can specify varying degrees of transparency using the Opacity list.

Opacity

  • 0% — Completely transparent in the inactive state.

  • 25%

  • 50%

  • 75%

  • 100% — Completely solid in appearance while inactive.

Show internal triad

Displays a triad within the cube.
