Where Used dialog box
- Look In

Displays the drive and folder you want to search for the document.
- Go to the Last Folder Visited

Returns to the last folder you visited.
- Up One Folder

Moves the Look In folder up one level.
- View Type

Controls the display method for the listed documents.
- Thumbnails

Displays thumbnails for the documents.
- Large Icons

Displays large icons for the documents.
- Small Icons

Displays small icons for the documents.
- List

Lists the names of the documents in columns.
- Details

Displays a detailed view of the directory contents. The columns displayed include Name, Size, Type, and Modified.
- Add

Adds the selected folder to the Used In box.
- Remove

Removes selected folders from the Used In box.
- Remove All

Removes all folders from the Used In box.
- Used In
-
Lists folders you want to search for documents where the selected part is used.
- Recursive Where Used

Specifies that you want to conduct a nested where used search rather than a single level search. This option is available for managed documents only.
- Include Subfolders

Expands the where-used search to the subfolders of the selected folders in the Used In box.
- Process Options

Displays the Process Options dialog box so you can select file types as search criteria.
- Next

Displays the Where Used Results dialog box indicating where the selected document(s) are used in other documents.
