Change the model display style

In part, sheet metal, and assembly documents, you can change the model display for a part, sheet metal, or assembly model.

1. On the View tab→Style group→View Styles palette, click one of the following model display style buttons:

   • Wireframe

   • Visible Edges

   • Visible and Hidden Edges

   • Shaded

   • Shaded with Visible Edges

2. To add a shadow beneath a part or assembly in a shaded view, click the View tab→Style group→Drop Shadow button .

3. To add a floor reflection or mirror reflection beneath a part or assembly in a shaded view, click the View tab→Style group→Floor Reflection button .

The display updates automatically using the style you selected.
