Modify a 3D point

You can modify a single point using either of the following methods:

Select the point and drag it to a new location. The new location can be in 3D space or a highlighted keypoint.
Select the point. Type the new XYZ coordinate on the command bar and then press Enter. The XYZ coordinate is relative to the active coordinate system.

To modify a selected set of points, enter a value in the X, Y, or Z coordinate field on the command bar and then press Enter. The XYZ coordinate is relative to the active coordinate system.

Tip:

Entering a single coordinate value moves all points to a plane defined at that value. You can enter more than one coordinate value if desired. Entering two coordinate values moves all points to be colinear on the unchanged coordinate plane. Entering three coordinate values moves all points to the same coordinate.
