Structure Editor supports cloned variants

Structure Editor supports opening an assembly with a variant rule and creating a cloned assembly. This functionality is similar to using Solution Variant from Product Configurator with the managed option or using a Variant Rule. Cloning creates a copy of all configured and impacted assemblies. Drafts are included that are in the same or separate Item Revision based on the QY CAD Option to include drawings when revising or copying managed documents.
