Sharing documents

You can share data with colleagues inside and outside your organization using the Pack and Go command . You copy a complete set of project documents to a folder location you specify or to a .zip file, and then distribute the project documents:

• To others within your organization.

• Outside the company to suppliers, prospects, and others.

The documents you share can be a complete set of documents and can come from a folder location and from various subfolders. For example, you can save all the documents related to an assembly, such as subassemblies and parts. In addition, you can save other related documents, such as drawings and simulation results.
