Export costing information


Use the options and commands located in the Design for Cost docking window to estimate the cost to produce your part. Then use the following steps to export the information to a CSV file.

  1. Analyze your sheet metal part.

    QY CAD examines the geometry of the part and displays the statistics in the docking pane along with an estimated cost to produce the part.

  2. Click Export to save the information to a CSV file.
