Activate a saved feature control frame
If you used saved settings to save the content and formatting of a feature control frame, then you can select and apply those properties to a new feature control frame in the Feature Control Frame Properties dialog box. You also can apply them to an existing feature control frame. This capability lets you quickly add and update feature control frames to a drawing.
Modify a feature control frame with saved settings
To apply saved settings to an existing feature control frame:

Click the feature control frame you want to edit.

On the Feature Control Frame command bar, click the arrow on the Properties button

Select the name of the saved setting you want to use from the list.
