Apply a border to a text box

Select the text box to which you want to apply a border.

On its shortcut menu, choose Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, click the Border and Fill tab.

On the Border and Fill tab (Text Box Properties dialog box), set the options for the type of border that you want.
Tip:

You can also apply a border by selecting a text box and clicking the Border button on the Text command bar.

To see a text box border greater than 2 mm, set Display As Printed on the View page of the Options dialog box.
