Define workflow options

To be able to use the QY CAD and Design Manager One Step Release workflow, you must first define workflow options, such as reviewers and SMTP server name.

1. From the Application menu, choose Settings→Options→Manage.

2. Click the Workflow tab.

   The first box already displays the path to the Workflowsettings.txt file, ...Program Files\UDS\QY CAD 2022\Preferences\Workflowsettings.txt. This text file stores the names of the reviewers and the SMTP server information. You can share this file with other users so everyone has the same information. You can use the QY CAD Administrator dialog box to populate the file.

3. In the second box, add the email addresses of reviewers, and then click Add.

4. In the SMTP Server box, enter the name of the SMTP server.

5. Click OK.
