Define file storage locations

To simplify file backup, we recommend that you create a single folder and subfolders on the physical drive.

For a single-user deployment, for example, you could define the storage location as follows:

C:
	Design data
		Project1
		Project2
		Shared files

For a multiple-user deployment, for example, you could define the storage location as follows:

\\Design share
	Support files
		Propseed.txt
		SE templates
	Design data
		Project1
		Project2
		Shared files
