Creating the electrical routing manually

The following steps outline the workflow to manually create a electrical routing.

• 1. Assign terminal information to the appropriate components.

  2. Build the assembly to include all required components. You can place the components in the Electrical Routing environment.

  3. Create the wires and cables needed for your design.

  4. Bundle and route wires and cables as needed.

  5. Verify all conductors exceed the minimum bend radius and they have the proper slack lengths.

  6. Create manufacturing reports and create a 3D representation of the harness.
