Save As ECAD command

Saves the electrical routing component, connection, and harness topology information so that it can be imported into an ECAD system. You can save the  component information to .CMP or CMP_XML format. You can save the connect information to .CON or .CON_XML format. You can save the electrical routing topology information to .XML format.
