Modify flow lines in an exploded assembly


  1. Choose Home tab→Explode group→Modify button .

  2. In the graphics window, position the cursor over the flow line and drag the cursor to edit the flow line.

Tip:

  • You can drag either end of the flow line to change its length.

  • For flow lines with joggles, you can edit the location of the joggle. For event flow lines, mid-segment flow lines can be moved by dragging the handle (A). For annotation flow lines, mid-segment flow lines can be moved by dragging the handles (B) or the segments split and then the individual segments moved (C).

  • Use Explode PathFinder to display and hide individual annotation flow lines.

  • The Flow Lines command can be used to turn on or turn off the display of all the flow lines.

  • The Flow Lines Terminators command can be used to turn on or turn off the display of all the flow line terminators.
