New Window command
Opens a new window that displays the same document as the active window. If you change the contents of the open document in one window, the other windows that contain the same document reflect the changes.

If you are using the tabbed window layout, then the new window is added as a tab to the tab set.
Example:Part2 is open in two different windows.

If you are using an arranged window layout, then the new window appears on top of all the other windows and becomes the active window.
