Modify a 2D element with the Select tool

Choose Home tab→Select group→Select.
Select an element.
Position the cursor over one of the element's handles.

The cursor changes to show that the element can now be modified.
Drag the element handle to reposition it.

You can use IntelliSketch to position the handle precisely.

Tip:

To retain the angle or aspect ratio of the element you are modifying, hold the Shift key while you drag the element handle.
To remove the geometric relationships and move the element freely, hold the Alt key, and then select and drag the element or the handle.
To suspend a relationship temporarily, select the handle or element, and then press and hold Alt while you move it. Release the Alt key to reactivate the relationships, and then release the handle.
