Read Only dialog box (Direct Document)

Open the Document Read Only: Opens the selected document with read-only permissions.
Make a Copy of the Selected Document: Makes a copy of the selected document.
Open or Create a Revision of the Selected Document: Displays the Revisions dialog box, which allows you to open an existing revision or create a new revision of the selected document. This option is disabled for unmanaged documents.
Cancel the Operation: Cancels the open operation.
