Apply or remove a section cut

To display a section view in the graphics window, use PathFinder.

On the Assembly or Feature PathFinder, click the box next to the section name listed in the Section Views collection or under a model view name.
This adds a check mark in front of the command name to show it is active. The section view definition is applied and the model view in the graphics window updates automatically.

Tip:

When you apply or remove a section view cut in one model view, all model views in the active document that use that section view are updated.

On the Assembly or Feature PathFinder, clear the box next to the section name.

This removes the check mark in front of the command name and removes the section cut from the graphic window.
