Determine the default Project ID

Traditionally, the default Project ID shown in common property dialog boxes (such as the New Document or Upload Document dialog box) is the Project ID that was last specified. With this release of QY CAD, you can set the new preference SEEC_ProjectID_Default to determine if you want to use the traditional behavior or use the Project ID as specified in User Settings in QY CAD, Active Workspace, or Teamcenter RAC.
