Cut, copy, or paste a row or cell


You can place contents of a row or cell on the clipboard with the Copy or Cut command, then paste the contents into the table with the Paste command.

Cut a row or cell

  1. Select the row or cell.

  2. From the toolbar, click Cut .

Copy a row or cell

  1. Select a row or cell.

  2. From the toolbar, click Copy .

Paste a row or cell

  1. Select the table in which you want to paste the contents of the clipboard.

  2. From the toolbar, click Paste .

Tip:

You cannot run the Paste command if the Clipboard is empty.
