Set Action command

Determines the action to be performed on the selected set of rows. You can choose from the actions:

• Existing – Use Existing

  The document was previously imported and has not changed since it was last imported to Teamcenter.

• Existing – Overwrite

  The document was not previously imported or the document was previously imported but modified since the last import to Teamcenter.

• Existing – Revise

  The document was previously imported and a new revision is needed.

• Existing – Save As

  The document was previously imported and you wish to save a copy to a new item number, revision, and item name.

• New

  The document has never existed and requires all properties to be assigned.
