Set the display order in Item type lists


  1. Start the Teamcenter rich client and log in with database administrator privileges.

  2. Choose Edit→Options→Search.

  3. In the Search by Keywords text box, type SEEC_Item_Type.

  4. Select SEEC_Item_Type_Sort.

  5. Choose one of the following:

    • Set the item type list to display in the order in the item types are entered in the SEEC_ItemType preference by clicking Edit, and setting the preference value to 0.

    • Set the item type list order to build a hierarchical and sorted list by clicking Edit, and setting the preference value to 1.

  6. Click Save to save the edited value.

  7. Click Close to exit the Options dialog box.
