Revise All command

Revises all the files within a QY CAD structure of any file type including empty items from Teamcenter that are part of the Bill of Materials (BOM), but contain no QY CAD content. Examples of empty items are packaging material, glue, or any non-Solid Edge dataset. The structure does not have to be displayed in expanded form in Structure Editor for all files to be revised.

Since the files are being revised, they are not checked out of the Teamcenter database.

When the revised documents are displayed in the Structure Editor window, the Revision field is blank and flagged with a red asterisk, indicating a required field. You can manually update the revision or you can use the auto-assign feature to generate the next available revision ID.

The Revise All action can be saved for processing at a later time.
