Draft Options dialog box

Specifies that the draft angle will be defined from a reference plane or planar face.

Specifies that the draft angle will be defined from a part edge.

Specifies that the draft angle will be defined from a construction surface.

Specifies that the draft angle will be defined from a construction curve.

Split Draft

Specifies that you want to draft the part in two directions at once.

Step Draft

Specifies that when draft is added along a parting line or part edge, a constant draft angle should be maintained by filling gaps as necessary. The parting line cannot cross the draft plane.

Perpendicular Step Faces

Specifies that step faces are perpendicular to the draft face during a Step Draft operation.

Taper Step Faces

Specifies that step faces are tapered to the draft face during a Step Draft operation.
