Define an axis of revolution


  1. Draw a linear element to define the axis of revolution.

  2. Choose Home tab→Draw group→Axis of Revolution.

  3. Click the linear element that defines the axis of revolution.

Tip:

  • You can have only one axis of revolution for a profile.

  • The profile and the axis of revolution cannot intersect, but you can draw an axis of revolution collinear to a profile segment.
