Adjust the position of symmetric diameter dimensions
Symmetric diameter dimensions are stacked, aligned, and spaced automatically during placement and when new dimensions are added to the stack. You can adjust the position of symmetric diameter dimensions after they are placed.
To | Do this |
Move the stack toward or away from the dimensioned geometry. | Drag any dimension line in the alignment group and all of the dimensions adjust along with it. |
Manipulate a dimension independently of the others in the group. | Alt+drag a single dimension in the alignment group. This detaches the dimension from the group. |
Adjust the spacing between a dimension and adjacent dimensions. | Shift+drag the dimension. You cannot drag it inside the smaller adjacent dimension. |
Manage the membership of dimensions in the dimension alignment group. | Use any of the following commands: |
