Bend command
Use the Bend command 
to insert a bend across a planar face. You can use the command to add a bend in the middle of a part. The bend profile must be a single linear element. You cannot insert a bend across an existing flange.
Note:
After you create a bend in synchronous, you can click the bend edit handle and use Ctrl + mouse scroll to edit the bend radius value.
