Scroll to a part


  1. In the Repair Missing Files dialog box, select the part you want to locate within PathFinder.

  2. Select the Scroll to command.

    PathFinder scrolls to the part you selected. If the part is contained in a subassembly, the PathFinder expands the assembly and selects the part.

Example:

PathFinder displays icons to indicate missing files.

After you select Scroll to, PathFinder highlights the missing files, one at a time.

Tip:

In a complex assembly, the Scroll to command allows you to quickly determine which subassembly contains a selected part by expanding the structure and scrolling to the location.
