Reports command

The Reports command retrieves and displays lists of the parts and subassemblies contained in an assembly. The information is collected from the file properties of the referenced part or assembly documents. For subassemblies, the information is collected from the file properties of each part in the subassembly.

To include item numbers in the assembly reports and make them available for downstream use, for example, in balloons placed on the model and in ballooned parts lists on an assembly drawing, you need to first select the Create item numbers check box in the Item Numbers page (QY CAD Options dialog box).
