Collapse an assembly in PathFinder


  1. Click the Assembly PathFinder tab.

  2. In the top pane of Assembly PathFinder, click the assembly you want to collapse.

  3. On the shortcut menu, click Collapse.

Tip:

  • You can also expand and collapse an assembly by clicking the plus and minus symbols adjacent to the assembly name in Assembly PathFinder.

  • When you in-place activate a part or subassembly, you cannot collapse the assembly structure for the assembly to which the in-place activated part or subassembly belongs.
